Buku ini membahas berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi kesehatan fisik dan mental petugas TPS, mencakup panduan penting dari pengantar manajemen risiko, bantuan hidup dasar, hingga kesiapsiagaan darurat dan penanganan kecelakaan. Juga dibahas pentingnya gizi, kebugaran fisik, manajemen stres, pencegahan penyakit menular, serta teknik keselamatan fisik dan penanganan konflik. Pendekatan menyeluruh ini menjadikan buku sebagai alat berharga bagi petugas TPS untuk menjalankan tugas mereka dengan aman dan efektif
